Competitive review – In our brainstorm meeting we review client’s top two competitors to better understand how to compete with them.
SWOT analysis – With competitive information provided by client, we review the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats to better position marketing efforts.
Goal setting – Looking at your goals, we clearly define what you want to achieve for your business growth and put them in writing so you can have better success in achieving them.
Marketing tactics – Having your goals and target market in mind, we brainstorm effective tactics to assist you in achieving success.
Meeting Notes – We provide comprehensive meeting notes to the client in an easy-to read and understandable format that they can use in moving forward with their marketing efforts.
CreativeXchange Marketing will bring up to a 2 person team to assist in the brainstorming idea process. Business owners are encouraged to bring staff and/or clients they wish to participate in this session.
